Privacy
We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.
Who we are
Zewify operates zewify.com, Financy at financy.zewify.com, and Custodia. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Questions about this policy go to support@zewify.com.
This website
zewify.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. Like every website, the servers and network that deliver it process technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to send you the page and to protect the site from abuse.
Financy
To give you an account, Financy stores your name, your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. It stores what you enter, such as bills, income, accounts, categories and amounts, along with a history of changes so you can see what changed and when. A cookie keeps you signed in on the web.
Financy handles sign-in itself; it does not use an outside identity provider.
The assistant is optional. If you add a key for an AI provider, the key is stored encrypted and is never shown back to anyone. When you ask the assistant a question, your question and a summary of your Financy data are sent to the provider you chose, under that provider’s terms, so it can answer.
You can delete your account and its data at any time in Financy’s Settings.
Custodia
Custodia works entirely offline. Your files, your master password and everything in your vault stay on your devices. We never receive any of it, and we have no way to recover it. Custodia’s own privacy policy has the details and takes precedence for the app.
If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as it takes to help you, and use them for nothing else.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information.
- Use it for advertising, or let anyone else do so.
- Share it, except with the services needed to run the apps as described above, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to be informed about, access, correct, object to the processing of, or erase your personal information, and to receive it in a portable form. Email support@zewify.com and we will respond. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
