Send feedback in the app
Open Settings → Feedback / Suggestions to report a problem or suggest something. It reaches us with your account attached, so we can look into it.

support@zewify.com. Write from the address you signed up with. Never send your password or your AI key; we will never ask for either.
I forgot my password
Financy cannot send reset emails yet. Email us from the address you signed up with and we will set a temporary password, which you can change in Settings → Password once you are signed in.
Which currencies does Financy support?
Only the Philippine peso (₱). Every amount is recorded and shown in pesos.
Can it connect to my bank or e-wallet?
No. You add your bills, income and purchases yourself, which is also why nothing of yours is ever read from a bank. Repeating items mean most of a month is entered once.
Will it remind me when a bill is due?
Financy sends no notifications. Overdue bills stand out on the calendar and in the list, and the accounts page shows when each card payment is due.
Why is my credit card balance negative?
A card’s balance is what you owe, so it counts against your total. You enter and see what you owe as a normal number on the card itself; the minus sign only appears where it is added up with your other accounts.
Paying my card doesn’t show up in Stats. Is that right?
Yes. A card payment is a transfer between your own accounts, and Stats count only spending. The purchases on the card were counted when you made them; counting the payment too would count the same money twice.
Does the assistant cost anything?
It runs on your own key with the AI provider you choose, so that provider bills you for what you use, at their prices. You can use Financy without the assistant at all.
Can I share an account with my partner?
Not yet. Each Financy account belongs to one person.
Where is my data kept?
On a server we run in Singapore. The privacy policy covers what is stored, who can see it, and how to delete it.
